You Are Your Biggest Asset

Recently, I had an emotional experience at work, and I was wondering how to proceed. I think it's important to take the time to value and deal with your emotions, rather than suppressing them.

But of course, it is a job, so it is important to think about what the overall goal is, not just emotional issues. I am now struggling to decide what kind of approach to take.

In my case, in order to get to a logical state, I first need to feel my emotions to the core.

But I make it a point to set a time and decide to only go to a certain point so that the emotions don’t just run wild.

I respond in that way, especially when it comes to emotions that seem challenging me.

In this case, I had the weekend after this case came up, so I made good use of that time.

I took a walk in my neighborhood, enjoyed the greenery, took some deep breaths, and meditated for a few minutes.

I also had tea on the balcony. I'll share some of the beautiful greenery I saw over the weekend!

After all, you are the most important capital, the most important asset.

How we manage this “capital” makes all the difference.

And how to have a good "relationship" with the various things you do on a daily basis is also important.

Tokyo has been hot for several days, hard to believe that it is only the beginning of June. Please be careful not to suffer from heat stroke!

Wishing you all a week with a lot of smiles.
