The Importance of Communication on Both Sides

The importance of communication on both sides, and it all comes down to the support of people.

When I work, I always remember that people are the final key to everything. Whether you work in a hybrid or online environment, you will always end up with the importance of people, human resources.

It is often said that teamwork is important.

However, I believe that it is important to understand the characteristics of each individual first, before we consider any dynamics within the team.

In my experience, there are many cases where people rely solely on management for this part of their work.

How well can you explain what you yourself can do and how well do you understand your own skill set?

Otherwise, it will be a one-way street, which will not produce good results for both parties.

I believe that only when there is communication in both directions can good energy be generated and lead to good teamwork.

In any workplace, I believe that it is the people who provide the final support.

That is why I feel that creating an environment that generates energy on both sides will become more and more necessary in the future.

Last week was my fifth Boost your Efficiency Challenge, and I enjoyed working together with 22 participants.

It's interesting to see how each participant brings out his or her own unique characteristics every time!

And now we have the Advanced Efficiency Challenge coming up this weekend. I am looking forward to seeing what kind of characteristics will emerge in this challenge as well.

It was a hot summer day in the Kanto area today. Please take good care of yourself!

For the rest of you, I wish you a week with a lot of smiles!
