It’s an Internal Battle

How do you deal with your dilemmas and conflicts?

I’ve been thinking about this often lately because I’ve had some instances of feeling irritated at work.

It can be frustrating especially when you feel there’s nothing you can do, or if the other party won’t do the things they’re supposed to and things come to a standstill.

In my situation, I asked myself:

Have I really done everything I could be doing in this situation?

Is it true that there’s “nothing I can do”?

And of course, the answer was “no” to both of these questions, and I was able to find some solutions.

They may have been small things, but they made all the difference and allowed the situation to move forward naturally.

I was once again reminded of the importance of putting things into action and not letting your own passivity get in the way.

It’s always you vs you in the end anyway – an internal battle, though it may seem like it’s external.

The answers are all within us already.

Of course, as humans, we have emotions like irritation and frustration.

But the way we manage these emotions leads to completely different results.

The Kanto area has just officially entered the rainy season today, which means it will be humid and dreary for a while, but I hope we can keep our spirits up with a smile on our faces!
