#248 The importance of a place where you can be yourself

How are you all doing?😊 Japan has entered a full-blown rainy season and the dreary days are continuing. I feel that it is during times like this that we find little ways to stay grateful for the small things.

Listening to your favorite music at a cafe.

Watching movies at home.

These are things I usually do that I give to myself as a type of reward.

Upon reflection, I realized that I enjoy being in a space that is a little removed from my daily life and entering into another world.

The key point of this "space a little removed" is that I can become borderless.

I think I am comfortable with the time when I am away from my usual role and many other things.

But a further point is that I don't need that time to be too long.

Once I do a quick reset, I want to get back into the groove of things again, and communicate with people again!

Is there a place or situation where you can simply be yourself?

And a place where you can do that in peace.

Such a place is very precious and necessary for me, as I imagine it is for many, so I named my workshop series.

I call it the SEED Place - a place where we can seed the future by sharing.

Through the process of Sharing

We can Encourage ourselves and each other

Evolve together

and realize our Dreams for the future.

I wish you a week with as many smiles as possible!
