#189 Your Nature as Revealed by Patterns

Are you aware of your daily habits and patterns? If so, what are they teaching you? If not, do you have a desire to dig into understand your habits and patterns?

As this is about yourself, it may be a little difficult first.

Sometimes it’s easier to see the patterns in those around us.

Some people always get things done before they are due, just in time, or past due…

They respond quickly to emails and chats, some may not be fast but they definitely reply, or their mailboxes are buried and they never get back to you.

What is your own pattern?

If you have a good grasp of it, you may want to write it down a little.

I am sure that patterns will emerge.

What do these patterns tell you about yourself and those around you?

And are those patterns favorable or need to be improved?

If it is a favorable pattern, you can reinforce it and make the most of it, and if it is an unfavorable pattern, I would suggest that you approach it with the opposite mindset.

I used to be a messy person, and it showed in my lifestyle.

I used to have a tendency to put things off.

For example, taking a bath, brushing my teeth, and getting ready for bed.

I felt it was a hassle, lol.

And sometimes I would fall asleep without getting ready for bed.

This happened several times, and a few things led me to regret it very much.

From then on, I shifted to a pattern of having everything ready well before bedtime.

Of course, it wasn't a matter of a few days, but gradually, I shifted it to the desired pattern and made it a habit.

There are also many situations where understanding patterns can be useful in communication.

You may be able to see how best to approach yourself and those around you that way.

I believe that facing these patterns will lead to more time for yourself and your loved ones, because it will naturally make us more efficient.

This weekend was Mother's Day.

I spent the day feeling grateful, and I'm sure there were many people who spent this day with many different feelings.

I wish everyone a week full of smiles!
