#179 Journey begins with what you can do

The word “journey” is a keyword in my mind these days - not just for work, my personal life, or related to any specific event, but simply what “journey” means to me.

In my corporate work, I have been involved in a number of corporate journeys in my role as project manager.

The migration of a team from Japan to Singapore due to cost cutting, business continuity after the East Japan Earthquake 12 years ago, and projects to outsource operations to other companies have left a particularly strong impression on me.

The human resource development and coaching work I do is also a true journey.

The journey of learning coaching, the process of systematizing both my current corporate work and my coaching work, and the journey with my coaching clients.

And the journey of my own life.

The experience of studying abroad, working abroad, and journeys with my family.

What they all have in common is that at the time, I was selflessly facing what I could do, one by one, day by day.

And through these experiences, I have become the person I am today.

However, there is a part of me that feels that it should not end there.

I would like to continue to not only confirm my mission statement, but also to feel it in my body as I go forward.

In my opinion, the journey is not something that ends, but something that continues, something to be connected to the future.

For some reason, that is how I feel now.

And from now on, I will "feel" the journey as I face it one by one.

Are there any keywords that come to your mind recently?

And when you see them, do they make you feel that way?

Are you excited, thrilled, waiting for them, etc.?

The keywords that come to mind may be some kind of notice from the messenger.

In the Japan Kanto area, it will be warmer tomorrow and the cherry blossoms will bloom earlier.

I am going to enjoy the things that can be experienced only at this time of the year.

Wishing you all a week full of smiles!
