#177 Words that Resonated with Me Recently
Do you have any words that have resonated with you recently? I had an exchange with one of my former agents last week, and I would like to share some of her words that resonated with me.
It has been 4 to 5 years since she left Japan, and she is now working in Singapore.
Even after she left my agency assignment, we still met to discuss each other's work and exchanged messages from time to time.
We hadn't been in touch for a while, so I messaged her to let her know how things were going.
And since I had been a little concerned about her, I thought this would be a good time to do so.
She replied with a comment that was typical of her, always calm and collected.
I'm sure that whatever happens, I'll land on my feet.
She is a Canadian who is in the midst of many changes, and she is on a career path in a foreign country, Singapore.
But I felt from this message that if you have a firm self, it will lead you to where you need to be, no matter the changes.
It was a very nice moment for me to hear her comment and to know that I have such a reliable friend.
I have been thinking a lot about my career path recently, and this comment made me want to focus more on my own, and look firmly at my own feet.
Words are powerful, and I believe they express a person's character.
Are there any words that resonated with you recently? Did they give you a different perspective or give you courage?
And why did they resonate with you in this particular moment?
We are already in the second half of February. Every day, I feel the importance of time.
It has been a little spring-like in Tokyo, so I have decorated with spring-like flowers.
Wishing you all a week full of smiles!
