Taking Advantage of Our Situations

Recently I seem to be seeing more headlines about the future of work and the qualifications needed for the future than ever before. The current changes started about 3 years ago. How will you take advantage of the opportunities and changes in the environment that have come from these changing times?

As I have shared several times on this blog, I am currently working in a “hybrid” style for the corporate side of things.

I only started physically going to work at the beginning of this year, starting with one day a week, and now two to three days a week.

Since I had been working from home almost 100% of the time up until then, it took me a bit of time to create a new type of routine in the beginning.

Now, 10 months later, I am trying to make the most of the environment I have when I physically go into the office.

The first thing I do is to concentrate on things that are more efficient to communicate directly with my colleagues.

For example, I focus on difficult issues, or issues that we can work together on, while when I am at home, I focus on work that I can focus on by myself.

In terms of communicating with colleagues and other people in other departments, we sometimes have lunch together, which helps us build trust and understand each other's situation.

I believe that it is a waste not to take advantage of the environment of the hybrid system.

Outside of the work environment, things like getting certifications in coaching or other qualifications can be a similar process, where you have to take advantage of and make full use of your opportunities.

I believe that certifications and qualifications are not the goal when they are acquired, but rather the starting point.

I feel again that it is ultimately up to each one of us to make the most of our opportunities and environment,

Do you want to make the most of your opportunities and environment in the future?

Are you ready to do so?

The photo above is my dream catcher. I hope to make my dreams come true by taking advantage of the unique opportunities that come my way and the environments that I find myself in.

October is halfway gone, and I am really amazed at how fast time flies.

In November, we are planning to hold an online study session on "facilitation.”

The temperature is changing rapidly, so please take care of yourself.

I wish those of you in other areas a week with as many smiles as possible as well!
