#245 Are you doing what you can first?
This is a question I ask myself every day, but do you start with what you can do when you are faced with a big situation or a problem? Do you start from where you can do it, or do you hold back?
For example, I have had many experiences in the past when I was struggling with the management of an organization.
My own theory is that, in a sense, you can never reach a point where everything is 100% resolved in a situation like managing teams and departments.
It was the same regardless of what company I worked for.
It is the same in the end unless my own perspectives changed.
If someone says that things never work out, there must be some kind of factor within that person’s perspective/realm that is contributing to it.
It sometimes takes courage to admit that you might be immature or that you have failed.
I believe that change will happen when you accept these things and make the changes you can make.
Of course, even in cases where you are not directly responsible for the failure, changing your stance will change the situation around you.
I feel every day that the starting point is yourself.
I just had a meeting the other day where I felt this way, and I am currently experiencing it.
I believe that if I am emitting good vibrations, it will lead to good changes.
Any major hardship or trouble can make you lose your starting point, but it is precisely at times like these that I do what I can, one thing at a time.
Once a movement starts, I believe that the people around you will join in and a flow will be created.
A simple example: speaking at a meeting. When one person starts to speak up, don't other people speak up in a chain reaction?
Sharing one's opinion with just one person creates a different flow.
Each of these is a step that leads to the next.
And the actions you take will also lead to the recognition that you have done something = taken control.
What have you done recently that has started to move you forward?
If you are feeling a little stagnant, please try to create a flow of your own!
It will surely lead to change, no matter how big or small.
In Japan, the weather is moving into the rainy season, starting in the south.
I will try to keep the season in as good a mood as possible with my colorful yellow umbrella!
I plan to spend this week with pretty pink flowers.
I wish everyone a week with as many smiles as possible!
