#260 Who will add color to your life?
I was thinking about this at a cafe over the weekend - moments of richness, and moments that warm my heart. What are those moments like for you?
Recently, I have been experiencing various changes in my daily life.
In particular, there are changes in my body and in my relationships.
First, physical changes. Rather than changes, there was a case that required immediate attention.
A regular checkup required a full examination, so I went to the clinic. The process was done by endoscope, and I went home safely on a day trip. I think it was a sign from the body, or rather, the result of various things that had accumulated up to now.
After reporting this to my close friends, I was filled with gratitude for their supportive words.
As for relationships, I am keenly aware that they change with age. This is especially true for family and relatives. Sometimes our positions get reversed, and there are many other things that happen in life. That is why I especially feel the importance of time every day. I am conscious of the things I want to see and do. Spending even a small amount of time is enriching.
I believe that it is ultimately ourselves who add color to our lives.
Of course, remembering to be grateful for the support of those around you is a prerequisite.
If you feel rich yourself, your life will be enriched by those around you. Start with yourself first, and then work your way to the next level. That is why I hope that you will spend a little time shining the spotlight on yourself in your daily life. This is at the core of why I believe in streamlining and improving our efficiency.
Not just to be more efficient, but to lift up your whole life.
It's the last day of a 3-day holiday in Japan! Did you have a good time with the people you love - which includes yourself?
I wish you all a week full of smiles!
