#221 Reflecting on the year

On Christmas Eve, I started a little review of the year. I know some of you will be doing this as well, so I would like to share one method I’ve used that doesn’t take too much time.

First of all, this year seemed to go by quickly, and I wondered why.

I keep my schedule in a handwritten notebook, and I started from the beginning, going back to January.

The image of what I have done from the events and schedules started flashing in my mind.

From the events and appointments, what I was feeling at the time also came up.

The main things that came to mind were a hypnotherapy lecture in January, my first face-to-face session in June, a trip to Hawaii at the end of June to see my family for the first time in four years, and a trip to Singapore in September, also for the first time in four years.

In December, I held my first online virtual tour, connecting to the Big Island of Hawaii.

This was for my own private, business-related events.

On the corporate side, I can't go into details here, but I have two major projects that are still in progress.

Maybe it's because there are so many things going on at the same time, or maybe it's because the world is moving so fast that time seems to fly by.

I was surprised that just by looking at the schedule book for a few minutes, I was able to visualize what I was feeling at that time, as I wrote earlier.

I am going to look back on my schedule and look forward to next year's events.

If you don't have that much time, I recommend that you just check your schedule book or app to see the events and appointments from January of this year.

It may lead you back in time, in a good way.

I was especially reminded of the word "gratitude" when I time-traveled, because going about our daily lives is not an easy task.

I will share more insights as I look back on this year.

I spent Christmas going to the opera and having friends over for a good time together.

I know that many people are busy with work and other plans now that Christmas has passed.

Because of the speed at which things are happening now, have you been leaving your feelings behind?

Please take the time to "feel" as much as you can.

This week is our wrap-up week for the year!

May this be a week that brings at least a few more smiles to your face!
