⏰Mission Statement

My mission is to use my experience as a professional project manager and my coaching skills to provide unique human resource development programs in Japan as well as overseas. I’m also passionate about providing valuable services for helping people bridge the gap between where they are now and where they want to be.

My reasons are:

1. I feel the need for comprehensive survival skills on the individual level, and there is a huge need for developing these human resource trainings. Many of my experiences have contributed to this, including the time when:

  • I finished my 7 years of studying in the US and struggled with my job prospects in Japan

  • A headhunting agent pushed me to evaluate my true “market value,” which helped me to take a big leap

  • My company asked me to go to Singapore on half the salary I was making in Japan; in the end, I was able to negotiate the same pay rate

  • I helped my company move their headquarters temporarily to Osaka right after the 3/11 earthquake, and I was able to negotiate with vendors to significantly reduce our costs

  • I decided to leave my comfortable life in Japan as a full-time corporate employee and moved to the US, but ended up returning to Japan due to visa issues. This experience made me reassess my work style and I was able to re-start my career in Japan by being a project-based independent contractor, and was able to maximize my skills and my freedom.

2. I want my business to be an opportunity for myself and others to find happiness and new values.

I’ve been involved in numerous projects throughout my career as a project manager. During this time, I was told several times that without my leadership, the projects would not have had the success that they did, and I was truly grateful for that feedback.

In my coaching and online workshops, I also feel extremely fulfilled when I get the feedback that people are realizing new things about themselves or having revelations about their life situations.

3. I want to help people who feel the gap between their current reality and their goals to find their place in the world.

When I was studying in the US, I was struggling to find where I belonged. I had a lot of friends, but I often wondered, is it okay for me to be Japanese? What is my identity? Searching for my ideal place was also something I grappled with as an adult. I delved into the world of coaching a few years ago, and I have been able to deeply think about myself and where I am… what my purpose is. I know that many people have these feelings of uncertainty, and I hope that my personal experiences, as well as my skills, can help them to be able to uncover their deeper purpose in life.
